H.E. the Ambassador presented the Letters of Credence to the President of Cuba.
His Excellency Mahinda Ratnayake has presented the Letters of Credence to the President of the Republic of Cuba, H.E. Mr. Miguel Diaz Canel Bermudez, accrediting him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Sri Lanka to Cuba, on 23rd September 2025.
