Sri Lankan Embassy in Havana celebrated the 65th Anniversary of bilateral relations between Sri Lanka and Cuba at the Hotel Nacional, with the participation of the Honourable Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Carlos Fernández de Cossío; the Vice Minister of Foreign Trade, Mrs. Deborah Rivas; the Vice Minister of Education, Mr. Reynaldo Velázquez Zaldívar; the Vice Minister of Science, Technology & Environment, Mr. Armando Rodríguez Batista as well as the President of the Cuban Institute for Friendship with the Peoples, Mr. Fernando González. The event was also attended by the Ambassadors of the Diplomatic Corps accredited to Cuba.
